Standard Delivery - £2.35
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days
- Order cut-off: Order before 2pm
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
- Carrier: Royal Mail
Premium Delivery - £5.95
- Delivery time: 1 to 2 working days
- Order cut-off: Order before 1pm
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
- Carrier: FedEx
Order Timing Examples:
- Order at 11am on Thursday -> Delivery on Friday
- Order at 3pm on Thursday -> Delivery on Monday
Weekend Orders:
- Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday to Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday

- United Kingdom delivery only
- We do not deliver to: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly or BF postcodes.
Returns
Please contact our team by email at [email protected] to discuss any return enquiries. Do not return any items until you have received a Customer Returns Form, as returns sent without authorisation cannot be processed.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, unless the item is covered by our 12-month warranty.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return postage costs will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 14 days.
